I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy in these crazy times.  I have general information listed below regarding important information for the week of March 30th to April 3rd.  Please be sure to read everything carefully and check back daily for any updates.

General Information
  • The 3rd marking period will end on Tuesday, March 31st.  Please check your online gradebook acccess, the reminds I have sent or email me regarding any grade issues you may have regarding the 3rd nine weeks.
  • The week of March 30th to April 3rd is an "enrichment" week.  The content on the website will be optional but highly suggested that you complete.  
  • You can work through the information daily or all at once.
  • The district website will have the latest updates and information on additional changes to the schedule.  Please keep checking and contact the school if you are not getting the email or phone contacts.

  • Science Fair Information-  more to come on this.  Please use the AP Bio online page of my website to start to think of an alternate idea you could complete on your own from your home.  I added many links toward the top of the page to look for new ideas.
  • Click on the link below to complete an interactive video regarding cell division.  Below the video click on Support Materials.  Read the Background.  Complete the interactive activity.  Answer the Discussion Questions and email a doc with the answers.

Tuesday, March 31st
  • I really would like you to revisit your science fair ideas.  Can you complete the investigation at home, by yourself?  If not, please reconsider.  I will be in touch with you tomorrow to finalize some plans.
 
The exam will be a 45 minute exam taken at online.  The questions will be Free Response questions and the content that will be tested is due to be released on April 3rd.

AP CollegeBoard Update- Scroll to find the online courses they are providing (watch those to stay fresh), the schedule for new online courses, test info and info to help with internet access.
  • You can purchase review books from amazon etc to review for the course content.
  • I will be opening an AP classroom for you to practice AP exams shortly.
  • I will post additional materials after April 3rd.  They will be dependent on the content being tested.
  • Watch Bozeman science videos to keep your focus on topics we have done.  Use the AP Bio Online tools to get a direct link.

  • Complete the Interactive Quizzes for the Integumentary System and Bones and the Skeletal System- Types of Bones, Bone Structure, Function of Bones  
Wednesday, April 1st
  • Click on the link from Monday.
  • Complete the Interactive Quizzes for as many of the Skeletal System quizzes as you can.  Then move on to as many Muscular system Quizzes as you can.
Thursday, April 2nd
  • Click the link from Monday
  • Complete the Interactive Quizzes for as many of the Muscular system quizzes as you can,  Then try the Nervous Tissue quizzes.
Friday, April 3rd
  • Click on the link from Monday
  • Complete the Interactive Quizzes for as many of the Nervous System quizzes as you can.  These will be hard, you may need to look over the materials first.  Then finish with the quizzes for Vision and Hearing.
